Watch: Real Neerja Bhanot in Amul's old chocolate ad

Mumbai: Sonam Kapoor’s ‘Neerja’ is a biopic on Neeraj Bhanot, Pan Am chief purser who was gunned down by terrorists when Flight 73 was hijacked to Karachi in 1986.

The film has received kudos for its realistic portrayal of events, which has struck chords with the audience’s heart.

Neerja lost her life while saving children from a hail of bullets. She also became India’s youngest recipient of the Ashok Chakra award. The brave beautiful young lady was also a model.

Recently the makers released Neerja’s last ever flight announcement and now just a day after film’s release, Amul shared an advertisement which features Neerja.

Neerja’s this chocolate advertisement came out in the 80s. The sweet video will surely put a smile on your face.
