Sushant Singh Rajput happy with Kedarnath
Kedarnath has crossed the Rs 50 crore barrier at the box office and Sushant Singh Rajput is happy with the pace the film is going. Despite getting mixed reviews, the film has turned out to be a decent grosser at the turnstiles, and with a couple more days to go before the big ticket Zero hits the box office, the film is expected to fetch a few dollars more.
Ostensibly, Sushant Singh Rajput is elated that Kedarnath did not go the Raabta way.
“It feels good when people tell you that they liked the film. It is good when all the nuances in the film that we as actors and filmmakers have tried to show, have been understood and liked by the audience,” says the actor. “When an actor’s work is liked and appreciated, it really feels good,” says Sushant.
Kedarnath also ran into controversies with certain individuals and bodies who claimed that the film sought to create trouble and the director Abhishek Kapoor came down heavily on them.
Meanwhile, Sushant is now planning to go fulfil an old dream as a part of his new year celebration. “I have always wanted to go to Norway and see the northern lights. So, I will be going there now to see it,” he adds.
