IIFA 2019: Ranveer passionately kisses Deepika, says her wax statue is sexiest of all
Mumbai: Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh our favorite Ram- Leela is the lit couple of B-town. The duo always makes news and this time it was at the 20th edition of The International Indian Film Awards, 2019 where they took the limelight.
Ranveer was recognized for his stupendous efforts for essaying the role of Alauddin Khilji which gave him the Best Actor award. Just before receiving the award Ranveer was seen giving a peck to his stunning wife.

Ranveer got emotional while receiving the award. He said, “My mother-in-law was like you've to work hard too, we want a statue of you also. Mama, we're going to London. I'll see you." He said this as his wife already has her wax statue and Deepika’s mom in law wanted the same for him.
In his outstanding speech, he is all praises for his pretty wife as he calls her a perfectionist. For Ranveer playing the character of Alauddin was challenging for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat.
On the work front, the star couple will be next seen together in Kabir Khan's '83. In the upcoming sports biopic, Ranveer will be seen playing legendary cricketer Kapil Dev and Deepika portrays his wife Romi Dev. The film is slated to release on April 10, 2020.
