Why Sushant charges huge money for endorsements, but reduces fees for some of them

Sushant Singh Rajput is an actor who wants to believe in the brands that he endorses. This is perhaps the only reason why the actor decided to reduce the fees for a certain brand, which he has recently signed on for.

Apart from the movies that actors take up, they do make a substantial amount of money from brand endorsements. Sushant, who was seen endorsing multiple brands when he played the role of Mahendra Singh Dhoni in the biopic, now has a multitude of offers. While he charges a huge sum of money for most brands, he does reduce the fee for the brands that he strongly believes in.

“The brand that approached Sushant did not have a huge budget. Initially, Sushant and his team were a tad reluctant, but Sushant did not want to let go of the brand, because he believed in it. He will be shooting for the commercial shortly,” informs a source in the know.

Another brand source explains that Sushant’s career is helping him seize endorsements. He says, “Sushant’s career has been about living the Great Indian Dream. Brands are happy to associate with him because of his strong connect with the Gen-X audience. He is also associated with both substance and style. Some of the biggest brands in the country continue to bank on Sushant, who has a lot going for him at this juncture in his career.”
