Hrithik Roshan to act in first sports-based film, will play a Kabaddi player?

While the Khans are busy playing wrestlers, Hrithik Roshan is contemplating playing a kabaddi player. RSVP, Ronnie Screwvala Productions, has offered him a subject, which apparently Hrithik has liked as well. He has also been given the option of bringing a director of his choice onboard.

Most actors like Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and even Farhan Akhtar have a sports film to their credit. Hrithik has done biopics, superhero movies and period dramas, but has never attempted a sports film to date.

Also, Ronnie Screwvala, who owns the U-Mumba team in the Kabaddi league, is planning to plug his kabaddi team into the script of the film. Hrithik will train with his team assisted by the able coaches.
