The actress showed up for the premiere of Pain and Glory dresses in a poofed up green dress and accessorised it with a head gear. Designed by Giambattista Valli, the dress features multiple layer of tulle along with a long trail.
Although the outfit was praised by many, Twitterati wasted no time comparing the dress to bizarre items. While a Twitter user compared her dress to a green lufa, while another compared it to a squishy yoyo ball.
Although the audience have a mix reviews, husband Ranveer Singh — the king of outrageous outfits — seems to love his wife’s looks. The actor commented on Deepika’s Instagram post with, “UN FREAKING REAL” and “Wow ....... I mean ..... WOW !!!!!!!!!!”.
Deepika is starting to build a track record of experimental looks at the prestigious film festival, as last year the actress showed up in an extravagant pink dress with high collars. Meanwhile, Priyanka Chopra, who was seen with hubby Nick Jonas taking a stroll around the city, was dressed in blue silk gown, while Nick choose to flaunt his cream toned suit. The actress accessorised her outfit with a lace belt and white hat.
