Not new to Wembley Arena, London, singer Adnan Sami, performed here recently for the eight time. His anxiety, however, knew no bounds. While we discussed his performance, we also learnt that Adnan would love to see his biopic on screen.
Explaining that his life’s several ups and downs will be very interesting, he says that his biopic will contain the entire gamut of thrill and drama that is most needed for a hit commercial film. Even as we ask him if would write his own biopic, he is only too quick to reply. “I will surely pen my autobiography. However, penning it right away will be a little too early. As my life unfolds, there are many more interesting facets to come by. I am very sure that if at all my biopic is brought to film, it will have all the masala of a hit commercial film.” he quips.
Talking about who he feels would be the most suitable hero to play him onscreen, he says, “Whoever portrays me on screen, need not necessarily be a look alike. Any hero could play my part.” Indeed, Adnan’s life has had innumerable ups and downs. His life journey has not been an easy one. He has changed countries of residence, got citizenship of India, which he thinks, is a very important step, and has been married, not once, but thrice. Like Adnan says, truly, his biopic will have all the masala.
