The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), who opposed Aryan Khan’s bail plea on Thursday, 14 October, arguing that on the basis of the star kid’s WhatsApp chats he was planning to “have a blast” at the cruise, has been widely ridiculed by netizens for their apparent misinterpretation of the phrase. After Thursday’s hearing for his bail plea, the Mumbai sessions court issued an order saying that Aryan will have to stay in jail at least till 20 October.

Joining netizens in mocking the NCB is jewellery designer Farah Ali Khan, sister of Suzanne Khan, who took to her Twitter page to teach the agency the language and slangs millennials use in their day-to-day life.

Sharing a list of words usually used by millennials, she wrote, “Dear NCB The millennials of today have a language I had to Google to know. FOMO - Fear of missing out SICK - Something that is cool DOPE — Something Excellent GOAT - Greatest of all time BLAST - To have a good time. Want more, please see pic attached herein [sic].”
