Mumbai: After sharing screen space with the younger lot of actors like Varun Dhawan, Sidharth Malhotra, Arjun Kapoor in her earlier films, Alia Bhatt is all set to share screen space with one of the biggest superstars of the country, Shah Rukh Khan, in Gauri Shinde’s film ‘Dear Zindagi’. The film is gearing up for release on November 25 and with just more than a month to go for the release, the team would be planning on the promotional strategies for the film.
Alia seems to be excited about the film as she posted a video to Shah Rukh where she asks ‘Dear Zindagi’ why ‘Monday blues’ can’t ever be happy and why it could never be ‘Monday pink’ or ‘Monday peach’.
The superstar had an interesting response to the video and needed time as he had just woken up.
Hmmm need to figure this out? Ok gimme a little time to brush my teeth, just woke up. Getting back to u. https://t.co/i4T2PD9rbb— Shah Rukh Khan (@iamsrk) October 17, 2016
But Alia was impatient as she tweeted Shah Rukh a picture to show that she was waiting for the answer.
The superstar did acknowledge the impatience of the young actor.
Yeah yeah yeah the imapatience of youth!!! https://t.co/FM2NKVvVL9— Shah Rukh Khan (@iamsrk) October 17, 2016
He later shared his reply video, where he comes up with his trademark witty replies like Monday is his ‘favourite day, seventh favourite day’, and wonders how the gap between Monday to Friday always seems long but when it is vice versa, it seems shorter. The superstar also promises her a ‘wonderful Wednesday’ and we wonder if something interesting from the film will be revealed on that day. He also teased Alia by later claiming that there were no ‘Monday blues’ for him as he had an off on Monday.
‘Dear Zindagi’ also stars Ali Zafar, Aditya Roy Kapur, Angad Bedi and Kunal Kapoor....
