Karan to incorporate first-hand experience of fatherhood in Akshay-Kareena starrer?

Rumour has it that Karan Johar is planning a movie about a couple trying to start a family. The story will be set in Delhi, and it will feature Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan playing the lead pair. This isn’t the first time that Karan is making a film about familial relationships, but it looks like he wants to put his first-hand experience with his children, Yash and Roohi, to good use.

It will be Dharma Productions’ first film focussed on early parenthood. Sources reveal that the film will be directed by debutant director Raj Mehta, who was the assistant director for Kapoor & Sons. Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani have reportedly been roped in to play supporting roles.
