Fitness Icon Jacqueline Fernandez is currently shooting in Jaisalmer for the Akshay Kumar starrer Bachchan Pandey. For the film the actor learnt the art of tightrope walking, also called ‘funambulism’. It’s a traditional art performed in various countries.
Jacqueline was in Jaisalmer for about three weeks and she learned the art in about a week’s time.
According to an informed source, “It is a tough art to learn. One needs to have the correct body balance to walk on a rope which is tied at a height of almost 8-10 ft above the ground. Jacqueline learnt the art with ease. Her excitement about it made the learning easy.”
The source says Jacqueline is trained in pole dancing and aerial yoga, and this helped her to find her balance in funambulism quickly. “She has given some amazing shots and left everyone spellbound,” the source adds.
Bachchan Pandey, produced by Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and directed by Farhad Samji, is scheduled to release on 26th January 2022.
