Mumbai: Hrithik Roshan starrer inspirational drama 'Super 30' is amongst the most awaited films of 2018. A lot has been written about the rest of the casting in the film. Bollywood actresses like Katrina Kaif and Parineeti Chopra were speculated for the role opposite Roshan in the film. But now, its confirmed that TV actress Mrunal Thakur will play Roshan's love interest in the film.
About working with superstar Hrithik Roshan, Murnal Thakur told a leading daily, “It truly feels like a dream come true and the beginning of a special journey. I am extremely excited and grateful to be working with Hrithik, Vikas Bahl, Phantom, and Sajid Nadiadwala for my first Bollywood film.”
Mrunal added, “Hrithik is such an inspiration. Just observing him on the set has taught me so much. The way he works is not just for himself, he is a team player and is so giving. I am absolutely loving each day of the shoot. I am so comfortable shooting with Hrithik. He is humble and dedicated, and that makes me want to give my 200 per cent.”
Mrunal has been in the news recently, after she was roped in to play a part in Tabrez Noorani's Indo-American film 'Love Sonia' which was backed by 'Life Of Pi' producer David Womark.
'Super 30' is being directed by Vikas Bahl. The film is based on the famous mathematician from Bihar, Anand Kumar. It is slated to release on January 25, 2019.
