The biopic on Indian convict Sarabjit Singh, who was beaten to death in a Pakistani jail, is being helmed by Omung Kumar.
'Sarbjit' also stars Richa Chadha, who will essay the role of his wife, Sukhpreet Kaur.
The makers of 'Sarbjit' have revealed the much awaited first look of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Randeep Hooda from the film.
The film will be narrated through the perspective of Sarabjit Singh’s sister Dalbir Kaur, played by Aishwarya. The actress, who is known for his phenomenal acting skills and extremes of dedication, can be seen sporting a heart-wrenchingly sad expression.
Randeep is seen portraying the young Sarabjit in the picture. The film revolves around an Indian farmer who was convicted of terrorism and spying in Pakistan after he inadvertently crossed the border. It also stars Richa Chadha, who will essay the role of his wife, Sukhpreet Kaur.
