After being mercilessly trolled for not wearing makeup to the airport, Diana Penty hit back with complete nonchalance. “I am used to being trolled. If you want to say something good about me: Great. But if someone wants to say something bad: Whatever.” she shrugs.
The actress adds that it is unrealistic to expect her to be glammed up at all times. “I am going to block it out of my mind because it is impossible to live up to that expectation all the time. If you have to reach the airport at 6 am to catch a flight, you cannot be all perfect and dolled up with make-up etc. I will wake up at 5.30 am, roll out of bed, leave home at 5.45 am to reach the airport at 6 am. People should realise that at the end of the day we are all humans, so eventually they can cut out the negativity and embrace the positivity,” the Cocktail actress explains. Last seen in a full-fledged role in Happy Phir Bhaag Jaayegi, Diana says that she does experiment with her style sometimes. “After all these years, I know what suits and what doesn’t. Sometimes it is very boring when you do not experiment, but then I don’t experiment with something that has gone wrong earlier. I will not be an epic fail,” she says.
