Director Mohit Suri is in a fix, as his actors have no dates to shoot for his upcoming projects. Currently, the director has two films coming up — one a sequel to Ekta Kapoor’s Ek Villain and the other being bankrolled by Luv Ranjan. “Mohit wants certain actors on both films who go by his vision. But the problem is that those actors have date diaries that are completely blocked over the next year,” says a source.
The director does not really want to compromise on the cast, while his producers want to start the film soon. “So, it depends on who blinks first. If Mohit agrees to work with the cast selected by the producer, the movies may be able to go on the floors soon,” adds the source. So now, the film that finishes with casting first, will go on floor first.
