After Capoeira, Sushant Singh Rajput now trains for Ironman Triathlon
Sushant Singh Rajput seems to be in experimental mode! After taking up directing, he is living his dreams.
One such dream happened to be an expert in Capoeira, a form of Brazilian martial arts combining elements of dance, self-defence, acrobatics and music.
He had previously undergone training with Tony Jaa, a Buddhist monk, who is a very well known martial artist, actor, action choreographer, stuntman, and director.
And the actor’s latest obsession is to participate in the Ironman triathlon, a one of its kind series that involves 2.4 miles swim, a 112-mile bicycle ride and a marathon of 26.22 miles organised by the World Triathlon Corporation.
This by far is considered the most gruelling one-day sporting event since all the hurdles mentioned above are to be completed at a go without any breaks. SSR, of late, has been seen posting videos of him training hard for the Ironman Triathlon.
