Dhawan brothers to work together on a film again after Dishoom? Varun reacts

David Dhawan and sons, the self-declared “Family No.1” of the entertainment business, are definitely leading the way with regard to professionalism.

The filmmaker’s elder son, Rohit, is preparing to direct his third feature film. And contrary to what you may expect, it won’t star Varun.

Apparently, Rohit did offer his brother the film, but the busy young star declined the offer due to date issues. He already has films with Remo D’Souza and Shashant Khaitan lined up.

Confirming the news, Varun says, “No, I am not in my brother’s next film. He’s making it with an entirely different cast. We don’t have to work together in every one of his films. I wasn’t in his first film Desi Boys either. In fact, I’ve only done one film with him, Dishoom, and I had a ball. We’ll work together soon, but not on his next film.”
