Aditya secretly meets Bhushan Kumar; role in Akshay's Mogul on the cards?
Mumbai: Aditya Roy Kapur might be going through a major lull in his career with back-to-back unsuccessful fares, but the actor is still one of the most sought after stars from among the younger lot of Bollywood.
Aditya, who’d started off as a VJ, later did forgettable appearances in multiple films like ‘Guzaarish’ and ‘London Dreams,’ sporting his then trademark Afro hairdo. He then had a massive image makeover with the tremendous success of Bhushan Kumar’s Mohit Suri directorial, ‘Aashiqui 2’.
And, if sources are to be believed, the actor recently met the man who gave him the biggest hit of hid career. Bhushan had also recently announced his grand biopic on father Gulshan Kumar, christened ‘Mogul,’ starring none other than Akshay Kumar as Gulshan.
“Aditya recently had a hush-hush meet with Bhushan, and the two had a discussion. It is not known if the meeting was for a role in Mogul, or a different project, but something surely is in the offing.”
Incidentally, if Aditya does end up starring Mogul, this will be his second collaboration with Akki, after Vipul Amrutlal Shah’s ‘Action Replayy,’ in which he played Akshay’s son.
Aditya was last seen in Shaad Ali’s ‘OK Jaanu’.
