Shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj’s much-awaited film Rangoon is finally complete. Starring Kangana Ranaut, the film is set in the ’40s, in a World War-II backdrop.
A relieved Vishal is currently busy with post-production work. “We watched the rough print recently and no guesses who the ‘hero’ of the film is. It’s Kangana,” says a source.
“Shahid Kapoor plays an Indian soldier in the British Army while Saif Ali Khan is a producer,” adds the source.
Kangana apparently has a lot of action scenes in the film, along with a lot of horse riding… Her character somewhat resembles Fearless Nadia, the masked stuntwoman of that era. It is a love triangle, and we will have to wait for the film to release to know who gets the girl.
