Varun Dhawan to star in Dangal director Nitesh Tiwari's next?

Mumbai: Varun Dhawan is making headlines for all the right reasons. The actor, whose last release ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ opposite Alia Bhatt went on to become a massive hit, is now rumoured to be starring in ‘Dangal’ director Nitesh Tiwari’s next film.

Varun is currently busy with his director dad David Dhawan’s second instalment of the 1997-release ‘Judwaa’ where he plays double role- ‘Raja’ and ‘Prem’- and will then move on to ‘Pink’ director Shoojit Sircar’s next film.

But a little birdie told a popular daily that ‘Dangal’ director Nitesh Tiwari has roped in the young and energetic actor for his next film that will be co-produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur.

Before leaving for the London schedule of ‘Judwaa 2’, Varun had a hush-hush meeting with the makers for a detailed conversation. The film is reportedly slated to go on floors in 2018.
