Watch: Richa, Randeep and Aishwarya's Salamat song will leave you teary eyed

Mumbai: After releasing a heart touching trailer that left everyone stunned, the makers have released Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Randeep Hooda and Richa Chadha starrer film ‘Sarbjit’s first song 'Salamat'.

Just like the gripping trailer, the song ‘Salamat’ has the same emotional vibe to it. Penned down by Rashmi Virag, we hear Amaal Mallik, Arijit Singh and Tulshi Kumar’s melodious voice on the vocals.

The soulfully romantic song portrays Sarabjit’s relationship with his wife through flashback scenes.

Directed by Omung Kumar, the film is narrated through the perspective of Sarabjit Singh’s sister Dalbir Kaur, played by Aishwarya. The actress, who is known for his phenomenal acting skills and extremes of dedication, can be seen fighting for justice in the new stills.

Randeep plays the role of Sarabjit in the biopic. The film revolves around an Indian farmer who was convicted of terrorism and spying in Pakistan after he inadvertently crossed the border. It also stars Richa Chadha, who will essay the role of his wife, Sukhpreet Kaur.
