Finally! Aditi Rao Hydari gets her love interest in Sanjay Dutt's Bhoomi

Mumbai: Omung Kumar’s ‘Bhoomi,’ Sanjay Dutt’s grand comeback vehicle, might still be a few months away, but already has generated enough curiosity. The film has Aditi Rao Hydari playing the eponymous character, the daughter of Sanjay in the film.

The other roles in the film have been a tightly guarded secret, and even details of the plot have not yet been revealed.

However, we have learnt that actor Sidhanth Gupta has joined the cast of the film, which has already commenced its first schedule in Agra. The actor had also been a contestant on the popular reality show ‘Jhalak Dikhla Ja,’ in 2009. He will be seen playing Aditi’s love interest in the film.

The film, as is known, is a father-daughter revenge saga that will be high on emotion.

Commenting on his big break, Sidhanth said, “Acting has always been my dream. I was thrilled when Omung Sir told me that I will be playing an important part in ‘Bhoomi.’ I really admire his work; learning from him will be an experience. I am so excited to be part of this film with such a stellar star cast. I am really looking forward to working opposite Aditi and moreover being in a film where Sanjay Sir is making his comeback. It is a huge honour for an actor like me to be given this opportunity and I will give in my best to this film.”

The actor is set to join the cast in Agra soon enough.
