On the last patch of her film Thalaivi, Kangana is doing exactly what her former confidante and friend Aamir Khan had to do for the film Dangal.
For Dangal, Aamir had first shot all the portions in which he needed to look bulked up as a wrestler dad. Then, he lost weight close to 22 kilos so he could shoot the portions in which he needed to look younger in the film.
Now, we hear, Kangana is following the same routine.
“I’d gained 20kg for Thalaivi, and now that we are very close to completing it, I need to go back to my earlier size, agility, metabolism and flexibility. Waking up early and going for a jog/walk,” the actress informed.
This is not the first time Kangana has gained and lost weight. She had done that for her acclaimed Ashwini-Iyer-Tiwari film Panga as well, having gained weight around her thighs and legs to look like a kabaddi player in the film.
“I have never been an athletic person as I was a science student but I knew how Kabaddi players look and I was determined to achieve what Ashwini had in mind for me,” said Kangana.
