Mumbai: Farhan Akhtar has begun the year on a musical note. The actor-filmmaker-musician is currently on a 13-city concert tour with his band Farhan Live for the next 49 days and has already performed in Mangalore and Indore in the last week, rounding off the weekend with IIT Chennai.
Recently, his 'Wazir' co-star Aditi Rao Hydari turned up at one of the venues to suprise him along with their director Bejoy Nambiar. The actress also took to the stage to join Farhan for a song.
Talking about link-up rumours, Aditi had earlier said, “Again, this [acting] job is such. These link-up rumours are a part of your territory. People will make up stuff about you and make a mountain out of a molehill. It’s fine. Everybody is doing their job and we have to focus on doing ours.”
Aditi will be next seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's controversial period film 'Padmaavat'. She is playing a character of Alauddin Khilji’s wife Mehrunisa opposite Ranveer Singh. The film is slated to release on January 25. Aditi also has Sudhir Mishra’s ‘Daas Dev’ alongside Richa Chadda and Rahul Bhat.
