16 years of K3G: Kajol reveals why she was not happy shooting for poster of the film

Mumbai: With the proliferation of social media, fans invariably go on an overdrive when popular films involving their favourite stars complete certain number of years of its release.

Stars also join in the fun, sharing trivia, unseen pictures and more for their fans.

One such film was ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’ which celebrated 16 years on Thursday. The hashtag started trending and Karan Johar put up unseen behind-the-scenes pictures.

He also posted the poster of the film on Instagram and thanked each of his team members, Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Rani Mukerji.

Kajol, however, shared an interesting trivia about the film in response to Karan’s post. Unlike the happy family and the happy faces we see, Kajol was actually in deep pain while shooting for the poster as she had injured her finger and was also on medicines at the same time.

Karan responded, “Yes this was. I remember you were in excruciating pain,” while Manish Malhotra posted smileys on her post.

It’d have been great if all of the actors had shared such memories from the film, being that happy family giving us the message of “it’s all about loving your family.”
