Ahead of Taimur's first birthday, Saif Ali Khan buys new jeep for him

Saif Ali Khan recently got a brand new jeep, specifically so that he can go on car rides with Taimur. That’s not all —it looks like Saif is planning to gift the car to Taimur completely.

“The car has a baby seat in the back, so I am going to take Taimur on a drive first,” chirps Saif. The jeep, which is bright cherry red in colour, is exclusively for Taimur. “I might gift the jeep itself to him,” he laughs about his plans.

For Saif, who turned father for the third time last year, children are of utmost importance. “As a parent, every day with your children is a celebration; every day is Children’s Day. My children are the most important thing in my life,” he asserts.

Jeeps are Saif’s best form of transport, he says. “We still have three of four Willy’s Jeep in Bhopal. My parents used these jeeps often,” reminisces the actor. The jeeps are meant to drive effortlessly through the toughest terrain. “I spend a lot of time in my car and also prefer driving short distances. Like when I go to Pune or Mahableshwar. I love driving, but I hate traffic and we have drivers to negotiate that,” he says.
