Pooja Hegde is excited about beginning work for her next film, under director Rosshan Andrrews and headlined by Shahid Kapoor. “It’s an action-packed adventure and I am thrilled to be part of such a gripping drama,” she said.
“It’s a very special film that has an intriguing and unique storyline. I can’t talk about my character but I can say that the audience will get to see a new side of me — that’s part of what attracted me,” she said, adding that working with a director like Andrrews would be an honour.
Describing her co-star Shahid Kapoor as ‘a stellar performer’, Pooja says she is looking forward to working with him. “His ability to infuse energy into the characters he plays is very inspiring,”she comments. The actress will start prepping for the role after she returns from her vacation in the Maldives.
