Eshan Shanker is making his grand B'wood debut alongside Mustafa in Machine

Eshan has completed his schooling from the New York Film Academy and has a diploma degree in acting.

Mumbai: Eshan Shanker who is also making his Bollywood debut alongside Mustafa in Abbas-Mustan’s upcoming romantic thriller film ‘Machine’ is all geared up & appears confident before the film’s release.

The 26-year-old actor having an international degree in acting and a passion for fitness and dance has left no stone unturned for his Bollywood debut. He dedicated the last three years of his life to gymnastics, weight training, dance workouts and rigorous acting workshops.

Speaking on the same, Eshan said, “I have always been a movie buff until I figured out for myself what I really wanted to do. It has always been my father’s dream to watch me become an actor and as I grew up to get inclined towards acting, it is a combination of my dream as well my father’s which I believe I can fulfil.”

As a newcomer, Eshan feels that everyone comes with their own expectations & desires and firmly believes in what he can conceive. “Without drawing comparisons, I want my work, commitment to the craft & my style to speak and make the difference. I hope that the audience appreciates me for my performance.”

Apart from acting, Eshan also underwent a strict fitness regime daily for 9 to 10 hours preparing for his role in the film ‘Machine’. His training would daily begin with gymnastics as early as six in the morning for 1.5 hours at the Indian Gymnastics Association followed by acting workshops for six hours a day with Prashant Singh, a prominent theatre artiste and strenuous workout sessions for 2.5 hours a day for four months.

Eshan who has completed his schooling from the New York Film Academy and has a diploma degree in acting, also has a diploma from the Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute. He has also assisted on films like ‘Gippi’ & ‘2 States’ under the banner of Dharma Productions.

‘Machine’ directed by Abbas-Mustan and produced by Pen Movies and Abbas-Mustan Productions releases in theatres on March 17.
