Mumbai: Ashutosh Rana is all set to make his short film debut. Sameer Chand has wrote the story, screenplay and dialogues for ‘Test Drive’ also marked his directorial debut with the film. The film that released on YouTube on December, is backed by Large Short Films.
The film is a story of a struggling theatre actor Shantanu Srivastava played by Ashutosh Rana, who wants to create a niche for himself in films, but believes in his own definition of success.
“Once the script was complete, I met Ashutosh Rana, who was not sure of doing a short film but once he heard the narration he immediately said yes and film was made,” said director Sameer Chand.
“After seeing the film I am very happy with my decision about doing this short film Test Drive. I would love to work with Sameer in any of his next ventures,” said an elated Ashutosh Rana.
