Jab Harry Met Sejal has 10 songs and one of them is by Diljit Dosanjh, confirms SRK

Mumbai: Superstar Shha Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma are all set to charm the audience with their romantic act in Imtiaz Ali’s ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’.

Anushka has in fact launched her Bollywood career with Yash Raj Films (YRF)’s ‘Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan and the duo went on to work together in Yash Chopra’s last film as a director in ‘Jab Tak Jaan’.

On Tuesday, Khan had a quick ‘#askSRK’ session on Twitter with his fans. A fan asked the superstar if the film has 10 songs in it, to which, he replied, “Yes and it's called Rehnuma also!!!”

During the same chat, the Badshah of Bollywood also revealed that ‘Udta Punjab’ debutant singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh has lent his husky voice to this film. Apart from his classic act as a corrupt police officer in ‘Udta…’ the actor also rendered the hit song ‘Ek Kudi’. He sang the soothing song ‘Sahiba’ for his second Hindi film ‘Phillauri’.

Talking about Diljit’s involvement with the romantic flick, SRK said, “Was fun (working with Diljit Dosanjh). And Diljit has sung it awesomely.”

‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’ is slated to release on August 7 this year and the trailer of it will be attached with Salman Khan’s upcoming flick ‘Tubelight’.
