Mumbai: Past six months have been extremely rewarding for Bollywood belle Katrin Kaif. After winning the prestigious Smita Patil award for her contribution to Indian cinema, the ‘Jagga Jasoos’ actress is now going to be one of the honourable speakers in the Stage and Screen field at the Oxford University.
Kats, who will be joined by Oscar winner Jeremy Irons, Robin Wright and Annalynne McCord, has been described aptly by the University in their introductory note. It reads:
Katrina Kaif is one of the highest-paid actresses and models in Bollywood, best known for ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ and ‘Dhoom 3’, two of the most successful Bollywood films of all time. Her modelling career has included work for Coca-Cola, LG and Blackberry. Kaif is also highly involved with her mother’s charitable trust, Relief Projects India, which strives to improve the rights of women and children in India.
