Contrary to reports, Nawazuddin Siddiqui is not playing a dark or grey character in Sabbir Khan’s Munna Michael. Instead, he will be playing the third person in a love triangle that features Tiger Shroff and the yet-to-be announced female lead of the movie.
Here’s where the plot gets exciting —Nawaz is to play a dancer in the upcoming movie. He’s set to play a dance school student run by Tiger’s character. Nawaz is excited about the prospect already. “The best part about being an actor for me is that I get to learn new skills constantly. For Sohail Khan’s Freaky Ali, I learnt golf; for Sarthak Dasgupta’s The Music Teacher, I had to learn Hindustani classical music. Now for Munna Michael, I’ll learn how to dance,” he says.
When asked if Tiger would pick up a few acting tips from him, Nawaz retorts, “Oh, and Tiger can teach me some of his deadly dance moves. Movie making and acting is all about give and take.”
