Mumbai: Aamir Khan, who is currently shooting for 'Dangal', dropped by nephew Imran Khan's house over the weekend. DC was first to tell Aamir has taken it upon himself to resurrect Imran’s career, we wonder if this visit had anything to do with that.
The 'Dangal' actor is apparently scripting Imran’s big comeback. A source had earlier told us, “Aamir’s production house is working on a script that will re-launch Imran Khan in a new avatar. After all, just one good script is all one needs. Only the right script can do justice to his acting skills and the team is working in that direction. A director will be finalised once that is in place. If all goes well, the film will shoot this year. However, neither Aamir nor Imran is in a hurry for this one.”
Aamir Khan, who had produced Imran Khan’s debut vehicle Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Naa, had given his nephew just the launch pad he needed. There were a lot of hopes pinned on Katti Batti, that released last year, where the actor paired up with Bollywood’s queen Kangana Ranaut but that too sank without a trace.
Not one to let failures affect him, Imran has been doing what he loves doing the most — spend time with family.
