Shah Rukh Khan to open Karan Johar's Koffee with Karan Season 5

Mumbai: It's not only the big screen that Karan Johar has ruled, but the small screen also as the host of a talk show 'Koffee with Karan'. The filmmaker had earlier announced that a new season of the show is in the pipeline, and this time he said that the opening episode has to be with superstar and his friend Shah Rukh Khan "and no one else".

Karan Johar had opened his last season with Salman Khan which was quite a hit. Shah Rukh was missing in action and many speculated he would be the guest for the show’s grand finale however, he was conspicuous by his absence.

During a Twitter chat with his fans, when asked whether SRK would be invited to Koffee with Karan this time, Karan said, “Yes opening episode has to be him and no one else.” Looks like Karan is all set to make up for it this time around.
