Double treat for Anil Kapoor: Not just Race 3, Total Dhaamal to also release in 3D?

Remo D’Souza’s ‘Race 3’ is all set to release on Eid this Friday and like ‘ABCD’, this movie too promises to bring 3D experience to the forefront.

The movie stars Salman Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem, Bobby Deol, Anil Kapoor and Freddy Daruwala in pivotal roles.

Anil Kapoor’s other movie starring Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Ajay Devgn and others, ‘Total Dhamaal’ also reportedly is planning to go 3D.

A source told DNA, “This is the first time that a comic caper will be presented in 3D format. Talks are still in the nascent stage. Nothing has been locked, but director Indra Kumar and producers Ajay Devgn and Ashok Thakeria have been discussing the idea with Fox Star Studios that is backing the film as well as distributing it. The team has been shooting the movie with 3D cameras, in case they decide to process it that way.”

If one remembers, that is exactly how ‘Race 3’ shooting began and then Remo eventually went ahead with the 3D concept. It would be exciting to see that repeat for ‘Total Dhaamal’.
