Those who had a sneak peek at the preview of the forthcoming Ajay Devgn film, De De Pyaar De, are excited about the plot. What they love more is the way the script of Crazy, Stupid, Love starring Steve Carell and Julian Moore has been Indianised.
“There is a faint similarity between the two. But De De Pyaar De is more of an Indian film. Ajay, Tabu and Rakul Preet are very good in their performances in the film, but they have made it very desi in the approach with Indian values unlike Crazy, Stupid, Love which is a very Hollywood kind of a film,” says a source who witnessed the preview.
De De Pyaar De is about Ajay Devgn who is divorced to Tabu and who gets Rakul Preet Singh in his life when he has touched 50. The film has been directed by editor-turned-director Akiv Ali for producers Luv Ranjan and Bhushan Kumar and will release next week. The film was also recently in the news when a controversy broke out about the inclusion of #MeToo accused Alok Nath in the cast of the film.
