This endearing note from Sushmita Sen to her daughter Renee will touch your heart

If you thought Sushmita Sen’s speech on following the yellow brick road was inspiring, wait till you see the note she gave her daughter Renee. The former Miss Universe recently uploaded a picture of the heart warming card she gave her older daughter, when she left home to join a boarding school.

The actress explained that she only posted a picture of the letter at the behest of her daughter. Sushmita admitted that she ran out of pages while writing her words of wisdom for her darling daughter. In her note, she emphasises on the importance of education, enjoying school life, taking chances and learning from past mistakes.

“Arm yourself with knowledge… it will be your greatest strength on day! Carve your own way… CHOOSE not to drift along,” She writes.

Sushmita ends the letter saying, “I thank God everyday that he made me “Your” mother! I am soooo proud of you! It’s time to let the world know just how amazing you are!”
