Can't imagine doing anything else: Kareena Kapoor Khan on acting

“I think everyone makes too much of a big deal about it,” said Kareena Kapoor Khan, when asked about how her toddler Taimur Ali Khan’s photos and videos are trending these days.

Not long ago, Kareena seemed rather happy with the attention her little one was getting. But after increasing stories about his looks at the airport, garden, and when he accompanies mom to work, the actress seems to be exhausted with it.

Kareena was present at a ceremony, where she was given the Maharashtrian of the Year award, and spoke about her son on the sidelines. As for the award, she said she was proud to belong to Mumbai. “You get awards for films, but to get such an award is humbling. I’m very proud of my state and city; I’m a true Mumbaikar,” she beamed.

Akshay Kumar was also given the same award, and Kareena couldn’t be happier. “He has done so much. He’s been trying to make films on every topic. I don’t think anyone deserves it more than him,” she said, talking about her Aitraaz co-star.

Kareena also mentioned that she was glad to choose a career in Bollywood. “After 18 years of working in this profession, I don’t think I can think about anything else. I’ve always been an actor and can’t imagine doing anything else,” she said.
