Kangana's first look as Rani Laxmibai from Manikarnika is drop-dead stunning

Mumbai: Kangana Ranaut has been on a roll, with most of her performances being immensely lauded and appreciated, and her standing in the industry being elevated manifold.

Kangana, who was last seen in Vishal Bhardwaj's 'Rangoon,' will soon be seen in Hansal Mehta's 'Simran'.

However, her most exciting upcoming project has to be 'Manikarnika,' where she will be seen portraying the famed Rani Laxmibai of Jhansi.

While not much is known about the film, the actress' conceptual sketch is out and she's drop-dead stunning in it.

The actress has also been vigorously training for her role, taking horse-riding lessons among other strenuous physical training.

The film is set to be helmed by Krish.
