Deepika Padukone turns down Shah Rukh Khan's film by Aanand L Rai?

Mumbai: Deepika Padukone is now a household name globally; courtesy, her Hollywood debut 'xXx: The Return of Xander Cage' with Vin Diesel.

The lovely girl, who delivered three blockbusters with King Khan of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, apparently turned down an offer to work with him.

The film is an Aanand L Rai film, which is yet to be titled.

Superstar Shah Rukh will be seen essaying the role of a dwarf in the untitled.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the actress rejected the project owing date problems.

A source quoted the daily saying, "While Deepika was quite keen on doing the film, unfortunately her dates were clashing with those allotted to Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s 'Padmavati'. Since she has already committed her dates to SLB’s historical, she had to say no to Aanand L Rai."

Reportedly, Aanand L Rai’s project is expected to kick-start soon and will be shot for six months.

Shah Rukh and Deepika are considered to be a hit pair.
