In pics: Yami Gautam starts prepping for her action film post Batti Gul Meter Chalu
Mumbai: Yami Gautam, often known for her beauty (thanks to her super popular ad on fairness cream) and delicate features, seems to be determined to change her image.
The actress will play a lawyer in her upcoming film ‘Batti Gul Meter Chalu’ and post that, she will also be seen in an action-packed avatar for the first time in her career in an untitled project.
A source close to her reveals, "She is prepping for her next, which requires her to perform a few action scenes for the first time. Yami has hit the gym and has been actively undergoing weight training. While she was always athletic, the film requires her to sport a toned body."

Yami plays a lawyer in the Shree Narayan Singh directorial which also stars Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor. The two actors have already started shooting for the film.
