Mumbai: Superstar Shah Rukh Khan sure knows how to be grateful to the ones who most deserve it. SRK, the light sleeper that he is, woke up in the middle of the night and announced a 15-minute #askSRK session with his fans just an hour back. Shah Rukh is currently in Budapest shooting for Imtiaz Ali’s ‘The Ring’ opposite Anushka Sharma.
Just minutes after SRK’s post, the extremely delighted fans flooded him with all sorts of questions. While some asked for his tips on fitness, others sought advice on their troubled relationships. From the replies it is evident that SRK was at his witty best.
When asked to comment on Indian Army, the ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’ star said:
“Thank u for keeping us safe and we can never thank u & ur families enough for ur sacrifices.”
Shah Rukh Khan, who is adorably inseparable from his youngest son AbRam, said that his little munchkin lights him up like a Christmas tree. Such a doting father!
One of his fans even asked him why does he not reply to important questions, to which SRK replied:
Khan, who had faced harsh criticism for voicing his opinion on national issues, has so far maintained complete silence on the ongoing tension between India and Pakistan. Other stars, who did speak out, were condemned for opposing the ban on Pakistani artists working in India. Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has threatened to ban films of Salman Khan, Karan Johar and Mahesh Bhatt if they work with Pakistani actors.
King Khan is a man with a heart of gold. This reply to his fan, when asked whether he has ever told someone how he actually feels about them, speaks volumes about Shah Rukh’s character and goes on to show that he is sensitive towards others' feelings.
