Cannes 2018: Kangana Ranaut makes splashing debut in Sabyasachi

Kangana chose to don a shimmery black saree designed by ace designer Sabyasachi. She looked elegant as she pulled off a retro look with ease. With a retro hairdo and minimal makeup the actress picked a perfect neck piece that completed the look.

Sabyasachi took Instagram to share the news and wrote the saree is hand dyed.

“Kangana Ranaut looks resplendent in an ultra glamorous rendition of our famous akshay-tara saree. The saree is hand-dyed and embellished with hand-cut sequins that are individually sewn using zardosi technique, to create a metallic, yet fluid fabric.”

It further reads, “Her look is accessorised with a Sabyasachi batua and the teenmaniya necklace crafted out of rose cut diamonds.”
