Tiger impressively dons father Jackie's Hero avatar for Munna Michael song

He wears a red bandana and a checked shirt, looking similar to how Jackie looked did in his debut film 'Hero.'

Mumbai: The bonding between Tiger Shroff and Jackie Shroff was recently on display when they made an appearance together on Karan Johar’s chat show ‘Koffee with Karan’. The younger Shroff is now all set to pay tribute to his father in his next film ‘Munna Michael’.

The actor recently shot for a song in the film, ‘Dhing Dhang’ where he is dressed just like Jackie was in his debut film ‘Hero’, with the red bandana and a checked shirt. He is seen dancing along with his co-star, debutante Nidhhi Agerwal in the song.

His director Sabbir Khan also went gaga over his actor by tweeting that only Tiger could have pulled that ‘killer one shot’ song.

Incidentally, the story of ‘Munna Michael’ is quite similar to Jackie Shroff’s life.

Tiger’s character is seen growing up in the slums of Mumbai before becoming a popular dance star like Michael Jackson, just like his father was brought up in a chawl before he went on become a successful actor.

Tiger has also reportedly been shooting in Teen Batti chawl in Mumbai where Jackie was brought up.

‘Munna Michael’ is gearing up for release on 7 July this year.
