Bipasha Basu back in films, replacing Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in this major lead role?

While the makers of Woh Kaun Thi? were contemplating to cast Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the lead role, we are now told that the horror queen of Bollywood, Bipasha Basu, will be playing the lead. Starring opposite her will be the handsome partner from the Kri-Arj Entertainment stable Arjun N. Kapoor.

The project has been taken over by Studio Five Elements and the director is said to be in the process of finalisation the cast. “Arjun N. Kapoor was readying himself to be an actor and now that a new company with Prernaa has also come on board, Bipasha has more or less been penciled in as the heroine. The film will go on the floors next month,” says a source. Who Kaun Thi? is a film starring veteran actors Sadhana and Manoj Kumar made in 1964.
