Mumbai: The massive success of 'Aashiqui 2,' ensured that Bollywood was to be plagued by a superlatively grating issue called the Arajit Singh Syndrome.
Take a predictable melody for a romantic ballad, put in some contemporary grooves, and pass it on to the ever-so-dependable Arijit Singh, and voila- you have your latest chartbuster.
Four years down the line, the template still exists, and Arijit has crooned so many of those, that's hard to imagine the versatile singer remember them himself.
The latest to join the list of forgettable numbers is 'Tera Hoke Rahoon,' from 'Behen Hogi Teri'.
The song, however, has three saviours in Arijit, and an aptly goofy Rajkummar Rao and cocky Shruti Haasan.
The song is essentially a display of the blossoming love between the duo, but apart from the actors' earnest performances, there's absolutely nothing memorable about the song video.
While the trailer had been quite impressive, the song fails to impress.
The film, helmed by Ajay K. Pannalal, is slated for a May 26 release.
