Actress Priyanka Chopra, who is at an all time high with her Bollywood and Hollywood film career, is all set to receive her second Dadasaheb Phalke Film Foundation award. The star, who was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’, will pick up the ‘Best Actress of the Year’ award. Priyanka received her first award for 'Most Memorable Performance' in 2011 for the film ‘Saath Khoon Maaf’.
The Dadasaheb Film Foundation will honour the actress with her first ‘Best Actress of the Year’ award on the occasion of 147th Dadasaheb Phalke Jayanti. The ceremony will be held in Mumbai on April 24.
Priyanka is on her way back home after spending over two months in the US. The star bagged the leading role of FBI agent Alex Parish, in the hit show Quantico, and will also be seen in the Hollywood flick ‘Baywatch’ in a villainous role.
