'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' Box office: Karan and Aishwarya's first film enters 100 cr club!
Mumbai: After minting Rs. 200 crore globally, Karan Johar’s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ has entered 100 crore club in India. With this, Karan Johar surely is a happy man as his first ever film has crossed Rs. 100 crore mark despite being surrounded by controversy and witnessing some rough time before its release.
The film, which stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, has successfully earned Rs. 102 crore approximately so far in India.
The filmmaker couldn’t hold back his happiness and took to his official Twitter account to share this feeling with everyone. He tweeted, “The century love!! Our love for you is far from #Ektarfa …. it’s completely mutual!!! #ADHM #ranbir @AnushkaSharma #AishwaryaRaiBachchan.”
Not only for Karan, but the film is also a first for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Yes, ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ is also Aishwarya’s first film to enter the 100 crore elite club. However, this is Ranbir’s third film after ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and ‘Barfi’.
Whereas this is Anushka’s second film this year which entered the 100 crore club after ‘Sultan’. The actress thanked her fans on Twitter by writing, “Your love didn’t make it mushkil at ALLLLL!! #ADHM crossed 100 crores! Thank you for making it a success. #infiniteloveforADHM.”
