Mumbai: After much speculation, the wedding date of South superstars Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya has finally been finalised!
According to a Bollywood Life report, the power couple, who first met on the sets of Gautham Menon’s blockbuster ‘Ye Maaye Chesav’ in 2010, is tying the knot on October 6. With only four months to go for the big and supposedly lavish wedding, we are certain the duo has a lot of work in hand.
Samantha and Chaitanya got engaged on January 29 of this year. Contrary to earlier reports, the duo is getting married in Hyderabad itself and not in a foreign location. Their busy work life has left them with very little room for a destination wedding.
While Chaitanya is enjoying the success of his recently released film ‘Rarandoi Veduka Chudham’, Samantha is working on as many as six films simultaneously. ‘Irumbu Thirai’, ‘Aneethi Kathaigal’, ‘Vijay 61’, ‘Raju Gari Gadhi 2’, Ram Charan-Sukumar untitled project and biopic on legendary actress Savitri are the projects Samantha is working on.
Also, there were reports of them marrying in both Hindu and Christian traditional ways but no confirmation has come from the couple’s end yet.
