Mumbai: Shooting a film can be challenging in a country like India, where red tapes from the government are unavoidable.

However, the railway board had stopped giving permission for film shoots on railway tracks. But, it seems, for the film ‘Shadi Mein Zaroor Aana,’ the members of Lucknow railway station head gave them a special permission to shoot the film’s scene on the railway track.

The film, stars Rajkummar Rao and Kriti Kharbanda in the lead roles.

According to sources, "This definitely would have been a task. To ensure that you get a special permission for a film shoot on railway tracks would have not been easy. But the team of SMZA managed to get a green signal from the authority of railway board. There’s no doubt that the way makers shot Lucknow beautifully in their Tanu Weds Manu. The makers love going back to the state since they feel it lends a very real and honest vibe to the characters and prefers shooting on real locations, the railway station and bazaars of the place capturing the essence of real India."

Vinod Bachchan, producer of the film, added, "The scene for which we sought special permission from the railway authorities in Lucknow is a crucial part of the film. I'm grateful to the concerned authorities for granting us permission to shoot the scene and it went off well without any obstacles."
